Every piece of custom furniture that leaves our shop is the highest quality around. Starting with the frame, each piece is constructed of high quality hardwood connected using dowels and corner blocks. You can be confident in the quality and durability of the frame. Moving to the construction of the piece we begin by applying natural jute webbing, then hand stitch the coil springs to the webbing. From there the springs are hand-tied to the frame. Then it is time to begin stuffing the piece and creating the final shape and feel. We use a hog and horse hair blend, cotton, and other materials to stuff the deck and back. Finally, we upholster the piece in fabric or leather and the result is a beautiful piece of furniture.
